RETURNS
Have you not used the item? Then you have 14 days to return an item without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). You then have another 14 days to actually return the product to us. Once the item(s) reach our warehouse, you will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for return shipment are for your own account.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good (e.g. when your order is delivered).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. To quickly process your return, you can easily use our return form, which you can download here. You can also use the model withdrawal form (DOWNLOAD PDF HERE), but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point back from us, including delivery costs, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement. If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
SHIPMENT
For the Netherlands the shipping costs are € 4.95 and for Belgium the shipping costs are € 4.95 per order.
All our orders are shipped with Track & Trace via PostNL, Deutsche Post, DPD or DHL, so you can always track your order. It's that easy!
Due to the enormous traffic around Covid19, we use a packing time of 1-3 working days and a shipping time of 1-4 working days for the Netherlands and a shipping time of 3-5 working days for Belgium. However, this may differ due to the delays around the various postal services.
By packing time we mean the time in which your package is packed, checked and prepared for shipments. The shipping time is the time in which your package goes from our department store to your address. Unfortunately, this shipping time is completely dependent on our shipping courier, and can therefore differ. You will always receive a track & trace with us, so you can follow your package all the time.

What if I am not at home or miss the delivery?
No problem, this will happen to all of us! The following applies to all of our shipping couriers: Nobody at home? Then they will hand over the package to the neighbors. Or at a PostNL / DHL / DPD point in the area. We will of course leave you a card with a "non-home code". With this code you can see on your track & trace where you can pick up your package.
If the package is not picked up within 1 week at the pick-up point, they will return it to us. If this is the case, you will unfortunately have to place the entire order again, the old amount will of course be returned.
CANCEL
Any order can be canceled without giving reasons. Provided this order has not yet been shipped. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us.
Do you want to cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation? Then please email us as soon as possible with your order confirmation. The cancellation of the order will be confirmed by e-mail. As soon as your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days after termination (cancellation). Please note, that our warehouse almost immediately starts picking and packing orders, therefore, it's almost impossible to cancel and stop your order in time after you place it. We will of course always try our best, but cannot guarantee it.
GUARANTEE
The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
